2b-research is a stand-alone course designed to ensure that marketers understand the principles of market research & how to leverage its maximum value from briefing stage to the end results.
The overall objectives of the programme are to provide:
- knowledge of how to brief market researchers effectively in line with business objectives, & subsequently to manage the project through to completion ensuring its maximum value is leveraged
- ability to take the research findings & translate these in to meaningful actionable insight & hence compelling strategic recommendations
Thus the programme focuses on a demonstrated understanding of:
- market research, its role & basic techniques available
- step-by-step guide to write an effective research brief & the importance thereof
- how to assess against the brief the:
- research proposal
- questionnaire/discussion guide
- final presentation
- how to take the final presentation further to meet business objectives
The programme comprises a full day, ideally split over 2 half days with an exercise for completion before the session & a case study to ensure learning integration.
